strange
luxuries

An ongoing series of one-of-one adornments that translate sculptural experimentation into wearable form, questioning what defines value in fine jewellery.

An art piece featuring a black sculpture of a human ear displayed on a black and white background, with an ear-shaped element attached to a thin stick, and text describing pearl clay sculpture earrings made from freshwater Keshis pearls.

the details

Material hierarchy, reconsidered.
Value is carried through form, labour, and intent, not just material.

1

One-of-one, released as it exists.
No seasons. No forced timelines. Pieces are released when they’re ready, and not remade.

2

Sculpture, made wearable.
Each piece begins as a sculptural form, then resolves on the body. A small-scale object with presence.

3

Access without dilution.
Gold and silver are not the only entry points to value. These experimental pieces expand the threshold of fine jewellery.

4

Pair of earrings with dark, glossy teardrop-shaped stone and silver wires, displayed on a white background with text in the top left and bottom right corners.

EXISTENTIAL

Adornment

Jewelry display with silver, black, and gold abstract-shaped earrings on a white stone slab with a graffiti-style background reading 'SPIRAL' in bold black and green letters.

Born out of a gallery show of the original Existential Dreadlings, a year later, here they are again… smaller, sharper, and closer to your skin. And, as ever, continuing to hold space for the quiet chaos we carry every day.

Silver jewelry set including a chain necklace, a pair of earrings, a bracelet, and various abstract-shaped charms displayed on crumpled white paper.
