Custom Jewelry Inquiry
Welcome to the first step in creating something truly special with Subject Object. We're thrilled you're considering us. Whether you're looking to mark a significant life event, transform an existing piece into something new, or simply wish to bring a unique vision to life, we can’t wait to hear what you have in mind.
Our custom work is a collaborative journey, one where your stories and inspirations become the imprint of the final piece. To get started, we ask that you fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. This will help us understand your vision and ensure our initial conversation is both productive and inspiring.
The Custom Process
After filling out the below form, we will reach out via email (or preferred form of communication), to set up a brief conversation about your request.
If our ideas align, we will move forward with assessing an estimate through some resource research. This estimate will be valid for 30 days.
After you approve the estimate, you will receive an estimate contract and will pay a deposit to secure the design time for your ring. This deposit is non refundable, however it does go to the payment of your custom work if you choose to work with us.
We will send you 2-3 design ideas based on the form you filled out and our meeting. Based on your feedback, edits will be made, you will be choose a design and we will move forward with production. At this time, a 50% deposit will be required to move forward with the work.
During the process, periodic updates will be given, to keep you aware of where we are at with your order. We are transparent with your processes, and will share the entire production chain, if you wish!
When complete, you will be contacted for pick or delivery. Shipping is with full insurance coverage. At this time the remaining balance of your custom design is due, and would need to be received before your new piece is picked up or delivered.
Please note, that this process could evolve or be edited based on the vendors we work with, changes and volatility in the cost of materials. If you need any clarification, about the process or where to start when requesting custom work, reach out!
